Hi guys, come back with me every week the latest post. On curious about the topic manner discussion topic, right. It must be about table manner. This week will discuss which country. Do you know? Yes, we will discuss the continent of Europe. The country is Spanyol or many people mention "Spain" (Kingdom of Spanish).

Do you know table manners in Spanyol?
Yes table manners in Spain is almost similar to the culture of eating and eating procedures in other European regions. Does anyone know the characteristics of Spanish before eating? We are curious, let's read my reading below.
Ethics of eating in Spanish residents include: Do not eat before the host says "Buen Apetito", then sitting position at the dining table, setting the position of the tableware and drinking procedure.
You can see this picture "Setting position tableware"

The following I will explain specifically Table manners in Spain, as follows:

1. Sitting position
When guests come to their homes, invited guests for a banquet. There are things that must be considered and done, such as: Your elbows are beside your body. Then position your body upright and your head over bow.
Note:
a. Do not do your elbow position upright on the dining table and if you are visiting or invited to a meal by a Spanish resident with your partner. Then the sitting position should not be close or adjacent. You have to sit in a crossing position. Why? Because in this position makes us as guests will make it easier to socialize with other guests or hosts. You can see the picture below:

b. Before eating the main dish or main course. You as a guest must taste / eat the appetizer menu (appetizer).
c. Do it carefully when opening a napkin and placing it on your lap. Spaniards always use napkins when eating at the dining table.
 d. Your hands should be on the table. You can see the picture below:

2. Setting tableware
Tableware is placed in a position that has been arranged since ancient Europe. Tableware in Spain is similar to other European countries. The difference. Spanish often use forks and knives as a means of eating dishes. When you are at the Spanish dining table. The position of the knife is to the right and the position of the spoon or knife is to the left.
Note:
When finished eating, a spoon or knife and fork are placed in parallel on the right (parallel).

3. Start eating before the says "Buen Apetito"

This is customary and has become a habit of Spanish citizens. There is uniqueness before eating food. Usually invited guests may not start eating before the host says "Buen Apetito". This expression is a form of courtesy for Spanish people when receiving guests to eat at their homes. Eat gradually and calmly. Do a little bribe to eat. If you bribe in a portion of a full spoon. Then you are considered rude.

4. Attitude when eating a meal
Be calm and full of authority. If you don't like an appetizer. The attitude that you must do is to get rid of the food or give it to others. Let others taste first. It shows a polite way without impressing you choose food dishes.

5. When you want to drink there are things that must be known
When before drinking you must know that the drink is hot or cold. If drinking is hot. Never try to blow it. It is considered you are rude and very embarrassing. There are things that are easy for you to do, such as: your right hand is attached to a cup or glass. Simply touch it and if it's been held a hot cup or glass. You just stir it slowly.

6. If you cough, sneeze or belch. So the thing you have to do is say the word "Sorry and excuse me". This was accidentally done.

7. There are three dishes at the Spanish dining table, which are as follows:

a. Appetizers usually eat light dishes such as salads and soups.
b. Main course
Main dishes/main course in spanish countries often serve meat, fish or rice
c. Dessert
Dessert in the Spanish country often uses small snacks such as yogurt, tapas and Cream Catalina.

8. The host always give the first "toast" when there's guests.
The host give the first "toast" when them drinks beer. It's acceptable for a woman to make "a toast". You can see the picture below:
